Title: Powter Sauteed Vegetable Sticks

3/4cVegetable broth
2 Parsnips, peeled and cut into sticks 1/4 inch wide and 2 inc
2 Carrots, cut like parsnips
1 Zucchini, cut like parnsips
1 Yellow squash, cut same as parsnips
2tbMinced green onion
2tbMinced parsley
2tbLemon juice
1/2tsNature's Seasonings

Place broth, parsnips, and carrots in a shallow pan and cook, covered, over med high heat for about 5 minutes. Add zucchini and squash, and cook 2 mins more. Add water if necessary.
